You get up to 6 months to use our money for free! With this plan, many Texans will use it for bigger jobs such as, siding or roofing replacement.
The Yellow Rose of Texas Plan
With this financing plan, the monthly payment will be calculated at 1% of the loan, with an interest rate of 5.9%, for the first year. If the loan is not paid within the first year, the interest rate for life of the loan will change to 13.99% with a monthly payment of 1.5%. The “Yellow Rose of Texas” financing option is best for homeowners in the Houston, Texas area that are planning to pay off the note in a year or two. This financing plan is a simple interest revolving loan.
The Texas Bluebonnet Plan
With this financing plan, the monthly payment will be calculated at 1% of the loan, with an interest rate of 5.9%, for the first year. If the loan is not paid within the first year, the interest rate for life of the loan will change to 13.99% with a monthly payment of 1.5%.
